After years of careful planning and the passions of a dedicated team of food and wine lovers we are delighted to welcome you to our home-grown piece of iconic New Zealand.

Within its historic walls Olivers Restaurant and Bar provides a truly memorable dining experience. Led by head chef James Waite, and featuring a wealth of local ingredients, the Olivers menu changes with the Central Otago seasons.

Heart-warming in winter by the fire, fresh and delicious in summer when you can dine outside under the stars, this award-winning restaurant in Clyde will delight your senses.

The extensive wine list allows plenty of scope for sampling wonderful wines from the Central Otago region and beyond, and with our brewery located onsite a range of thirst-quenching craft beers can be enjoyed from the bar.

The bar-front is part of the shop counter from the original Victoria Store that opened in 1869. Also on display is a series of 1830s copper etchings, found in the ceiling of Olivers during the recent redevelopment and now framed and hanging in front of the main bar.
